GENERALIZACIÓN DEL CÁLCULO DE LOS PARÁMETROS DE DIVERSIDAD DE GENES DE NEI PARA POBLACIONES AUTOPOLIPLOIDES Y POLISÓMICAS

El desarrollo de modelos poliploides para calcular parámetros genéticos es uno de los principales puntos críticos de la genética de poblaciones. Por ello, el objetivo del presente ensayo fue estimar un modelo general autopoliploide polisómico para calcular los parámetros de diversidad de genes de Nei, mediante la derivación de fórmulas generales que permitan calcular los parámetros de diversidad de genes de Nei para cualquier nivel de ploidía dentro de poblaciones autopoliploides polisómicas, utilizando un enfoque poliploide para calcular el equilibrio Hardy-Weinberg. Además, se muestra cómo los parámetros de diversidad de genes son subestimados cuando es utilizado un modelo diploide para analizar poblaciones poliploides. Las fórmulas generales expuestas aquí pueden ser un inicio para desarrollar software especializado para analizar poblaciones poliploides de manera correcta.
